Delivery

 

 

We deliver in the UK and Ireland, except. Orders received before 3pm for delivery within the UK Mainland will be despatched within 3 to 5 working days via courier. Please note that working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends.

 

 

As all our orders are despatched as soon as possible, we only have one UK delivery charge:

 

 

£6.45 for mainland UK and Ireland

 

 

All orders must be signed for and will not be left without a signature. If you are out when the courier attempts delivery, he or she will try to leave your goods with a neighbour. The courier will attempt both neighbours right and left who are at near proximity of your delivery address. The courier will leave a calling card to inform you that they have tried to deliver that day, and have left the parcel with a neighbour. If we have been unable to deliver your goods, you will also receive an email (if provided) to notify you that it will be necessary to make alternative delivery arrangements with the courier company.

 

 

 

You can deliver your items to a different address to your billing address by amending the delivery address in the checkout pages. You can also save multiple delivery addresses for a quicker checkout process the next time you shop!

 

 

 

Returns

 

 

In the unlikely event that your item does not fit, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of receipt, unused and with the original labels attached. You can reuse the packaging in which you received the goods and use the selfaddressed label which may be peeled from your packing note and attached to the packaging.

Please complete the Returns Form on the despatch note, so we know whether to replace the goods with a different size or colour or credit you...whichever you prefer. If you require a refund, it will be made promptly providing that the item is in its original condition and all the information referred to above is received. The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you.

 

 

You will need to pay the postage on your returned item(s). We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned for credit and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.

 

 

Please also note that if you want an exchange, a further delivery charge will be payable.
